Quayside Crane
Quayside Crane is used to load and unload the containers of the containers of the docks,which is the heart of the docks and port trade.ZPMC owns double forty-foot shore bridge with proprietary intellectual property.The shore bridge increases the productive efficiency by 50% compared with the traditional one.and has become the replacement products of the container cranes.
RTG
RTG is especially used to pile containers with the character of flexibility.RTG can be used to file containers in the docks,at inland transits and at railway container yards.Up to now,RTG’s theoretical work efficiency would be 30 to 40 containers per hour.
RMG
RMG is specialized equipment for pilling containers with a large span,thus to make full use of the yard area,strengthen the pilling capacity of the yard and achieve automation.They can be used to file containers in the docks,at inland transits and at the railway container yards.The theoretical efficiency of them can be designed according to the customers’ demands.
Grab Ship Unloader
Grab ship unloader can be used to unload coal from ships in the middle-sized and small-sized ports or from the power terminals,with the advantage of high speed and efficiency.Bridge grab ship unloaders can be operated on the rails,and two transport vehicles can pass through the gantry.Scattered coal will be grabbed from the ships and unloaded to the cone hoppers,be transited to the belt conveyors of the port through the discharge ports of the hoppers,and then be sent to the yards.The front beams can do pitch movements.Bridge grab ship unloaders can be separately designed according to the customers’ demand.
Ship Loader
Ship Loader is mainly used at special docks of bulk materials.Ship Loaders are multi-movement and high-efficient special loading equipments designed according to the work features of the bulk loading and unloading ships.
Steel-Slab Crane
Main features of Steel-Slab Crane:load and unload steel plates,bridge steel-plate crane is optimal for lifting steel coils,slabs and steel billets.The circulation time would be shorter when the work pieces lifted are more singular.
Service Crane
Service Cranes,hoists,and shop travelers are all the general names for cranes,and the service cranes are just the same as the cranes today.Service Cranes are mainly divided into two types:Focus Drive,which use a single motor to drive the long shaft and then the main wheels on the two sides,and Separate Drive,whose main wheels on both sides are drove by two separate motors.Small and middle-sized cranes will mainly adopt the trinity drive method of combining brake,reduction gear and motor.And the bid-sized cranes will always use the drive device of universal coupling for the convenience of installation and adjustment.
