Floating Cranes
The rated capacity of ZPMC floating crane is from 800t-12000t,it can be used for loading/unloading and lifting in portside,nearshore,river,shallow and deep sea.The fully revolving and shear leg heavy lift crane with barge can be used for offshore oil drilling works,salvage and reduce,lifting and transportation,construction of bridge and port.
Derrick Pipelay Vessel
The available water depth is from shallow water to 3000m deep water.High lifting capacity(1000t-5000t),pipe laying(single or double joints,diameter 6-60) and salvage/rescue function make it a practical offshore equipment.The daily pipe laying length is 4km.
Dredger
One of the ZPMC’s main offshore products.The dredger is mainly used in dredging projects in costal areas.ZPMC provides dredgers in series of types as cutter suction dredger,grab dredgers,and trailing suction hopper dredgers.ZPMC can provide professional designs,manufacturing,and after-sale services to satisfy the clients and meet their requirements.
Offshore Platform
The offshore platform is used in offshore oil drilling.ZPMC is qualified for design and manufacture all kinds of jack-ups whose water depth is up to 400ft and drill depth is up to 30000ft.
Offshore Wind-farm Installation Platform
The platform is used in offshore wind farm equipments installing,or other large equipments lifting works.It has a function same as floating crane and jack-up,and can work in 30m water depth sediment seabed area.The jack-up with capacity of 800t,fully revolving,integrates the function of both lifting platform and floating crane,which is used for nearshore wind farm installation,is built by ZPMC self R&D.It is also equipped with hydraulic pile hammer which can undertake offshore piling works.
Offshore Wind-farm Installation Vessel
800t wind farm installation vessel is specially designed for offshore wind farm construction in the tidal zone of east China.It is a non-self-propelled fully revolving vessel with steel single hull and single deck.It can be used in lifting works in the coastal area.Capacity is 800t,and max lifting height is 108m(from the water level).360 revolving with load in 30 minutes.
Goliath Cranes for Shipyard
The Goliath crane is composed of a main girder,rigid leg,flexible leg,gantry travel,trolley and service crane.As a crucial piece of equipment in a shipyard,the Goliath crane can do many lifting and installation works.ZPMC can provide all kinds of Goliath cranes,such as single box girder style,twin box girder style,and lifting system integrated in the trolley style.ZPMC had provided many Goliath cranes to Chinese and foreign clients.ZPMC also offers diverse and flexible assembly options according to client’s preference.
